The Company

Reporting to the Key Account Operations Manager, you will help us do everything to make sure that our key customers are consistently satisfied with our service quality.
The Job
You will be expected to:
Ensure only the best service quality for our key clients, combining your technical expertise with excellent customer care, and allocating dedicated inspector resources
Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for key clients
Monitor and audit inspectors' performance and work in the field
Conduct first inspections for key clients and weekly inspections for sensitive/high-risk cases
Validate inspections reports for key clients and high-risk cases
Create training materials for dedicated inspectors, and hold regular training for our front-line inspectors and back office staff
Communicate frequently with our key clients and their suppliers, and take quick corrective action whenever issues arise
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile, or a similar major
- At least 1 year experience in quality control
- Excellent spoken and written English
It also helps if you are:
- A good negotiator
- Great at mitigating conflict and solving problems
