Job Description
-Manage the business developments needed in assigned/ targeted Government Accounts/ agencies;
-Deliver the required Sales Target, Activities implemented, business development updates, accounts being partnered, products and/or projects for targeted accounts;
-Monitors Philgeps bid postings, visits procurement departments and heads, and regularly update bidding requirements;
-Participates Biddings, including bid documents preparation and submissions, and compliance and ensuring all bids will be joined successfully
-Monitor regularly and consistently and ensure proper execution of Bid, canvassing and coordination with SCDI purchasing team, submission and finality of documents for Bids, schedule of delivery to the end users, and ensures timely collection from the accounts.
-Regularly submit needed Sales Reports, itinerary (monthly and weekly), POAs, Account Development targets, ongoing projects status and projections
-Ensure company controls are in place, including but not limited to establishing standard finance processes, proper accounting, recording, and reporting of financial transactions.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as but not limited to Bureau of Internal Revenue, Local Government Units, Securities and Exchange Commission among others.
-Perform other functions as required by the management relative to the role.
