An exciting Key Account Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected medical devices company here in the Philippines. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is a role for a Key Account Manager who is a leader in their field.
About the Key Account Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the business sales development strategy, delivering the highest quality service in the organisation. You will also take the lead providing direction to all sales-related activities, including brand management, market research, sales analysis and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfil the assigned annual sales target
Explore new and expansion project nationwide, work together with local distributors to break through key accounts
Collect and manage the sales funnels in the organisation's format
Follow up key project and tenders in hand with distributors and provide necessary support to the distributors
Key project and tenders will be defined together with National Sales Manager according to the sales funnels
Visit key accounts to build up reference hospitals in each main territory
Maintain good relationships with strategic accounts nationwide
Provide sales and strategy training to all distributors
Identify potential key accounts in the territory that the company should try to penetrate and breakthrough. Set up a plan for penetration in those hospitals together with National Sales Manager
Interface with external constituencies including local regulatory officials, legislators, exhibitions/congress, members of medical associations and others as appropriate
Invite decision makers of key accounts to join all kinds of marketing activities in local as well as in other countries
To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or above in medical or bio-medical industries.
Key Requirements:
Six or more years of experience in the medical devices field preferably with experience in surgical devices and ICU related products
Experience with private hospitals and channel management
Self motivated and good teamwork spirit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Willing to travel (domestically and abroad)
