KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
What you'll do:
You will ensure the implementation of account management strategy to expand and maintain customer base, deliver net growth, revenue, profitability and service targets for key accounts in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies:
Contribute to developing key account strategy including account planning, revenue targets, service goals, etc. in line
withoverall businessstrategy and sales objectives.
Implement sales process, activities and initiatives for assigned key accounts to ensure account retention,
achieve sales targets,identify newrevenue opportunities, contract renewals, etc.
Provide ongoing support to high value clients to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
Deliver the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance
and proactive thinking.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long -lasting relationships

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
At least 7 years experience in key account management.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
The ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
