About the Department: Enterprise - Client Success
The Enterprise Client Success team works with our premium clients across the SEA region. We are a team of experienced consultants who are proud to be our clients' trusted business partner in using media intelligence and social analytics.

Role: Key Account Associate (Philippines)
You will work with the Enterprise Account Director to drive strategy, engagement and widespread product adoption through all stages of the client life cycle among 20-40 of our high yield and high potential clients.
What you'll do:
Run the day-to-day with Enterprise clients, ensure the agreed action points are delivered according to the timeline
End-to-end ownership of the portfolio, from implementation and throughout the client journey
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and be able to tie them to specific Meltwater use cases, product features, benefits, and value propositions - and be able to communicate them to client effectively
Empower Meltwater customers to achieve business objectives through the adoption of Meltwater product
Ensure the client solution are setup and maintained the best way possible
Cross-teams collaboration (Sales, Support, Professional services, Product and Engineering) to ensure timely and quality client deliverables
Serve as the internal voice of the customer and advocate for your clients' needs
Relationship management with main users and key influencers
Product expert of Meltwater solutions
Success will be measured by user adoption rate, client satisfaction and portfolio growth
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in any specialisation
Currently based in Philippines
1-2 years client facing project management or client servicing experience in consulting, technology, PR/Marketing or relevant industry
Experience and passion in resolving complex issues
Dependable, diligent and self-motivated
Team players with ability to juggle multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment
Experience with media databases and social media analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Factiva, Cision, Brandwatch, Sprout, Sprinklr, SocialBakers, Google Analytics
