Job Summary: The position of PHP Developer consists of in-depth knowledge and experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Planning and building of PHP web apps from ground up
Interpreting functional requirements of software and translating these requirements into a working application
Appreciation of good, clean code
Able to help and/or support end-users/client
Providing technical expertise on projects
A solid understanding of object oriented design & programming
Well-versed in e-commerce platforms especially Magento is a Plus
Highly knowledgeable in handling frameworks in particular, CodeIgniter and Laravel
Knowledge on Ruby, Rails and Passenger is a Plus.
Must have a strong grip on JavaScript and PHP frameworks
Basic server administration (Linux, Nginx, Apache, SSH) tasks
Able to perform Unit Testing
Job requirements
Preferably has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electric and Communication Engineering or any related field
Experience related to PHP Web Development.
Experience on the following (MUST HAVEs):
MySQL; PHP and JavaScript Frameworks; CMS such as WordPress and E-Commerce such as Magento. * Preferably with experience on the following (JavaScript frameworks, XML, CSS, Git (Source Control)
Should have the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing using English, with good time management skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Must be open and willing to learn new ideas
