Assist with creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels
Support the design of marketing materials such as social media graphics, printed ads, and mailers
Conduct basic research to support marketing campaigns
Help manage and organize marketing assets (images, templates, content drafts)
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and execute campaigns
Receive and apply constructive feedback quickly and effectively
Ideal Skills and Interests
Strong writing and editing skills in English
An eye for design and aesthetics, especially in marketing contexts
Interest in aviation, mechanics, and technical/flying-related subjects (no prior experience needed)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with team members
Resilient personality with the ability to handle direct feedback without discouragement
Solid work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow professionally

Familiarity with Canva for basic design work
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting and refining content
