Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and technical resources to develop, execute and monitor project plans
- Oversee and manage technical projects on our payments, cybersecurity and advanced technology divisions
- Develop and execute communication strategies with the mid-level or first-line leaders and stakeholders
- Define and communicate roles for project team members, both functional and technical
- Manage, mentor and motivate team members to enhance individual performance and develop team capabilities
- Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current project burn rates
- Ensure that requirements are contained within the defined scope
- Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation
- Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to customer, supplier and management as necessary
- Manage customer and external supplier deliverables
- Monitor and report on budget and schedule variances
- Ensure sign-off on all major system deliveries by stakeholders
- Perform vendor management and contract negotiations and reviews
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Job Requirement/Specification:
- Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Possesses at least 3-5 years of experience professionally leading teams and projects, must have a total of 8 years of experience
- Certified Project Management Professional or has the equivalent certification
- Possesses strong technical skills and background
- Must be an expert in MS Project, or other project management tools
- Actual background and expertise in networks, programming and/or other technical knowledge is a plus
- Has hands-on experience in CMMI, SO, Six Sigma and other certification standards is a plus
- Has experience in handling financial and large scale integration and/or cybersecurity-related projects
- International experience is a plus
- Has the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must
- Enjoy working with new and cutting-edge technologies and processes
- Must have a strong drive to push continuously upgrade and push the envelope of innovation
- Enjoy working with people and liaise both with internal and external stakeholders, like upper management and clients
- Effective communication and presentation skills
