About the role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Stylist to join our team at SALON DE ROSE, INC.' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time role in our dynamic hair & beauty salon. As a Junior Stylist, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality hair services to our valued clients and helping to drive the success of our salon.
 
What you'll be doing
Assist senior stylists with daily tasks including preparing tools, shampooing, and blow-drying
Welcome clients and help create a warm, professional salon experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and workstations
Attend in-house training and shadowing sessions to develop styling, cutting, and coloring techniques
Help with retail product organization and learn about product usage
Support reception with basic client coordination and appointment prep
Observe and learn from senior stylists to build technical and customer service skills
Take part in salon events, workshops, and team activities
What we're looking for
No prior salon experience required - training and mentorship will be provided
NC Level 2 or equivalent in cosmetology is an advantage.
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Eager to learn and grow in a team environment
Good time management and communication skills
Passion for hair, beauty, and customer care
Willingness to assist with all aspects of salon operation
