Job Description
Ensure that food is high quality, and that kitchen is in good, clean, and hygienic condition.
Assist the Chefs in the design and implementation of menus appropriate to the outlet
Keep work and food prep stations clean and comply with food safety standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members
Strong knowledge of Food hygiene and safety regulations
