The Junior Sourcer supports our Recruiting Services line in the Sourcing department, and is an integral partner in building our candidate pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone looking get into recruiting and grow their skillset, and be a contributor in a fast-paced, growing organization.
This Junior professional must have the ability to scan, analyze and interpret job descriptions and resumes to identify relevant matching information, and efficiently perform keyword searches, use filters and sorting on multiple different sourcing tool sites.

What You'll Do
Analyze and interpret job descriptions
Source candidates using keyword searches
Analyze and interpret resumes information and match resumes to open jobs
Accurately organize, store, and update candidate information in our CRM system
Schedule calls and interviews
What You Need to Qualify
Bachelor's degree required
Strong team player with a positive outlook
Tech-savvy
Strong work ethic
Foundation in tech search, sales, or recruiting is a plus
