JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER
Job Overview:
The Junior Site Engineer is responsible for monitoring ongoing site activities, supporting documentation, and checking for quality compliance. Acting as part of the owner's site team, the role involves observing work execution, reporting non-compliance, and coordinating updates to ensure alignment with project standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee daily construction activities on-site.
Observe and report site work progress and potential issues promptly.
Check for quality compliance of structural and architectural works.
Prepare and submit daily reports, photo documentation, and updates.
Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and requisitions as required for ongoing and upcoming works for the company's existing properties.
Oversee and support the execution of repair or improvement works for the company's existing properties
Provide technical support and assistance to the maintenance team when needed.
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering with a valid PRC License.
At least 1-3 years of experience in vertical construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings.
Familiar with structural works such as rebar installation, formworks, and concreting.
Has working knowledge of MEPF systems: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Protection.
Willing to be assigned full-time on the project site.
Proficient in software tools such as Google Workspace( Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides), Cava, and AutoCAD.
A valid driver's License is a plus.
