Graduate of any Business course or any 4-year course with experience as an Assistant and knowledge of administrative works
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
With STRONG communication skills (written & verbal) and keenness to details
Possess a positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude, with a pleasing and outgoing personality.
Can handle simple and complex tasks.
Experience working abroad is an advantage
Handling the calendar of the President (scheduling meetings, preparing committee agenda, minute taking)
Organizing launch events including coordination with various distributors
Prepares presentations/reports and filing documents * Act as a focal contact for those seeking an appointment with the President
Review, evaluate, and interprets reports submitted by the managers as needed. Logging of incoming and outgoing communications. * Attending meetings with the distributors if needed
Prepares travel requests (airline bookings and hotel reservations)
Act as a coordinator for the site construction to adhere to the timeline
Perform other duties as needed.
