Project Site Supervision with Safety, Health & Timekeeping
- Assists acquiring work clearance and necessary work permits
- Carries out inspections of workplaces and takes necessary action to ensure compliance
- Submits reports on workers' time sheet and attendance
- Responds and investigates concerns and complaints from workers and assists in taking appropriate action.
- Investigates accidents or injuries that occur on site
- Preparation and submission of other reports, documents, and forms as assigned
- Manages construction project teams (workers & subcontractors)
- Implements project schedules and teamwork
- Ensures that the workers and subcontractors are working together with the sole objective of completing a project while adhering to deadlines, specifications and budgets
