junior ResearcherAHA BEHAVIORAL CONSULTANCY CORP.

We are looking for Junior Researchers who will be responsible for the research and data analysis, with additional communication and administrative support. This will include crafting the research methods and appropriate data-gathering tool, implement the day-to-day on-ground research of the target area/organization and perform analysis on information sourced from the target area/organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Management
Implements the crafted qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with respondents online (interviews and focus group discussions)
Data gathering for the project includes interviews and focus group discussion of 1-2 hour sessions each
Takes part in the analysis of data gathered during research.
Make themselves available anytime for on-ground research work during the period of engagement.
Maintain confidentiality of all Organizational Plans from competitors and non-related Business
Project Management
Execute all day-to-day project implementation matters with the assigned partner trainers and beneficiaries
Regularly reports to the Behavioral Designer and Project Manager regarding operational and research updates of the project
Create project documentation via recording and submission of reports
Administration
Ensure the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company
Implement strictly agreements stipulated in Contracts, Service Level Agreements, client's policies and AHA!'s internal policies
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as economics, development studies or social science.
At least two-years of demonstrated work experience in research related positions or projects and/or programmes.
Experience with having great rapport and in talking with teens and teenagers
Excellent organizational, analytic and interpretive skills
Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)and social media.
Some familiarity with statistical packages and/or programming languages
Willing to do field work
