Duties & Responsibilities
• Able to independently handle Tendering or Bidding for construction projects & able to handle all QS / Cost Engineer duties
• Progress billings of subcontractors and suppliers
• Progress claim to client
• Cost analysis of work items
• Quantity take-off / measurement works
• Must be familiar of all the market prices of construction materials
Qualifications
• A Graduate of Civil Engineering
• Preferably Female
• Preferably Licensed
• With at least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer in a Construction Firm
• Conversant in MS Office particularly Excel
• Currently residing in Laguna or Cavite
