Description
Ensuring the quality of work done by the team
Develop and maintain quality audit processes
Acts as point of contact for updates on policies and procedures
Carrying out all required assessments to track and document the quality levels of the team/new hires
Provide feedback to the team in line with the guidelines
Work with Sr QA, CSM Lead and Operations Manager to ensure a clear calibrated approach
Support the team to meet all targets
Support your manager, and wider management team, to deliver our operational requirements
