Identifying barriers and root causes of issues and performance gaps.
Writes, revises, and verifies test cases and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Reviews new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
Ensures quality and adherence of the system with the program specifications and test scenarios
Observes computer monitor screen during program test to detect error codes or interruption of program and logs errors.
Works with others to develop and streamline work flows.
Checks if the overall aesthetic look and design of the software is good enough for users.
Designs, develops and documents the technical and functional test scripts / test cases.
Releases modules for implementation.
May be requested to perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Bachelor's degree holder of any course from an accredited university or college, preferably, IT-related course
Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Quality Analyst
Competent in Windows, Unix or Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Oracle development tools and database
With experience in automation testing (Jmeter, Katalon, Selenium).
