RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our phone and online survey programs
- Close coordination with both Programmers and Account managers (AM) to guarantee the accuracy of all survey programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related courses is preferred
- Able to comprehend and communicate in English well
- Must possess strong logical, analytical and quantitative reasoning skills required
- Meticulous and having keen attention to detail
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts including graveyard, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of PHP or MySQL is an advantage but not required
- Software testing experience is a big plus
- Trainable and adaptable to change
