Job Description:
Involved in Project Accounting
Analyze various Financial reports
Explore and initiate cost saving plans
Assist the Country Controller on planning and forecasting for corporate/APAC, analyze and assist in preparation of financial and management reports and procedures.
Coordinate various internal and external audits and presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management.
Improve Processes/Systems
Execute companies policies and implement new changes from time to time
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
Must have working knowledge of Project Accounting
3-5 years of experience in Years of experience in controlling, budgeting, planning, accounting and good working knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP.
Prior experience working in MNC and/or dynamic, fast-paced and matrix environment in consultancy service industry will be a plus
Thorough knowledge of finance and accounting rules, processes and techniques
Experience with ERP and BI tools, preferably with Oracle, TM1
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be hands-on and work independently
Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a team environment
