Junior Onboarding and Support Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
Communicating with team mates to diagnose problems.
Quickly understand different accounting system setup and process flow.
Talking team mates through the process of fixing technical issues.
Prioritizing workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
Documenting common support procedures that coworkers can follow.
Providing excellent support remotely.
Support the Customer Success Leads function to ensure new customers are systematically introduced into the system and begin to realize value as rapidly as possible.
Junior Onboarding and Support Specialist Qualifications include but are not limited to:
1-3 years' experience in a technology-related field
Bachelor's Degree in a technology- or business-related field
Previous experience in a technical support role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal - able to convey difficult instructions and explanations.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills - both written and verbal
Strong ability to build relationships and proactive engagement
Ability to manage/multi-task multiple actions across assigned tasks
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude and high willingness to learn
Open to flexible shift assignments
Detail orientated and highly organized
A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
A fast learner, able to adapt to change quickly and able to align with business direction
