Job Description:
ECE Dumaguete is pooling applicants for the position of Junior IT Support. IT Support aims to keep the technology of their company in good working order and accessible to customers and staff. They also work closely with their team, ensuring each situation is thoroughly resolved and all components are in working order.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with IT Support - Troubleshooting of hardware, software, network
Must possess a technical, logical thought process
Must have an ability to stick to strict deadlines
Must have an ability to prioritize and delegate
Keen on every specific detail
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant
Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in an IT Role or relevant experiences
Must successfully pass a background check
Must successfully pass a Medical Health Screening check
Other Details:
8x5 Shifting Schedule(work week mayincludethe weekend - Sat/Sun - and holidays)
Office-Based Position
