To assist Australia Internal Finance team with daily and monthly bookkeeping activities including but not limited to bank reconciliation, arranging payments, expense reimbursements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, various accounts reconciliation, journal entries, ad-hoc tasks.
Full cycle of accounts payable role
Actively monitor the progress of debt collection, working with Global Debt Collection team and local account managers to maintain good cash collection and improvement in debtors and lock up days
Maintenance of asset register, monthly depreciation calculation and postings of depreciation into general ledger
Prepare and lodge monthly & quarterly tax
Assisting in client invoicing and reconciliation of disbursements
Allocation of daily cash receipts
Various accounts reconciliation
Monitor bank account transactions and reconciliations for all bank accounts including Trust Account
Liaising with group finance, ensuring all information is provided as requested and attending to any inter-company transactions
Entering month end accruals and prepayments journals
Cash flow management and reporting
Assisting with Audit Process
To attend to any ad hoc tasks as required
