Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology/Management, Financial Management or any related field.
With at least 2 years of solid experience in auditing preferably in construction/real estate setting.
Extensive knowledge in general accounting principles and standards, audit and regulatory and internal auditing standards, processes and techniques.
Must be highly analytical, process-oriented and logical thinker.
High degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Must be flexible in working with various, simultaneous tasks under time constraints.
Can work independently and with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
Can develop and implement strategic processes in auditing.
Excellent reportorial skills.
Excellent communication skills both oral and writing.
