Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends. Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires. Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires recommending new policies and procedures. Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings. Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report discussing findings with auditees. Conducts follow-up audit. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Performs physical counting to verify the existence of stocks to outlets marketed geographically and company warehouse as required (Cycle count and year-end inventory count). Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering Must be certified Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt At least 2 years of working experience in process improvement Relevant internal control or risk management experience Proficient in English Language Adept skill level in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio Skills and Abilities: Exemplary attention to details Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills Strong reasoning abilities Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning Ability to interact with all levels within a corporate setting Ability to prioritize and manage multifunctional tasks Ability to work with and maintain the utmost confidentiality
