MDM Systems, Inc us currently looking for a JUNIOR GRAPHIC ARTIST.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will involve but is not limited to:
Produce engaging eBay listings.
Creating quality brand image concepts to meet the buyers' briefs and remaining true to the brand style.
Ensuring that all work is completed at a fast pace while maintaining the quality of work and attention to detail.
Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve visual layout.
Designing graphics in line with ACP standards and expectations from concept to completion.
Communicating effectively with buying assistants, factories and creative teams to obtain all the information and assets needed to complete eBay gallery images and feature graphics.
Making ongoing amendments to work completed based on feedback from management.
Ad-hoc design tasks and projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Communicating effectively with the Australian based team.
Creating quality eBay listings to exceed our consumer expectations.
Ability to think about how to improve sales and click rates through visual/verbal communication.
Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently while maintaining the quality of work and attention to detail
Ability to respond quickly to multiple projects and work well under pressure, handling conflicting deadlines and changing priorities.
Adhering to multiple brand style guides and ensuring consistency
Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve visual communication
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be highly competent in Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop, with an understanding of Microsoft Office, Trello and social media platforms.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Efficient, self-motivated and know how to take ownership of the tasks at hand. Deadline-oriented.
Strong layout & typography skills.
A sound understanding of color theory and how color works together.
Excellent English skills, particularly email (Must have strong spelling / grammatical skills)
Accuracy, attention to detail.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
