JUNIOR FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Job Description
Responsible for attending to customer needs and complaints.
Directs customers to merchandisers who are available.
Answers calls and consolidates customer feedback forms.
Monitors employees' grooming, uniform, etc.
Acts as a receptionist and point person for handling customer complaints.
Coordinates with the DIY and Customer Service Coordinator in optimizing the following customer service metrics: a. manpower headcount; b. pending service; c. item returns
Qualifications
A graduate of any bachelor's degree
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the retail industry
Keen on detail and highly organized
Excellent communication and writing skills
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Good time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications
