Objectives:

Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
Decision Support: Provide support to management by offering financial insights and recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks by identifying potential issues and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Variance Analysis: Analyze and explain variances between actual financial results and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Data Compilation: Collect, organize, and validate financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects or management inquiries.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and management, to gather information and provide financial insights.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Communication: Present financial information and analysis in a clear and concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
