Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Junior Company Nurse is to administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed. The Junior Company Nurse must monitor and record patients' medical conditions, assist injured employees to the nearest hospital, maintain medical and relevant records, secure and ensure that employees submit a "fit to work" certificate, and interpret and evaluate diagnostic results based on the submitted medical certificates.
The Junior Company Nurse is expected to schedule and assist with the annual medical examination of the company employees, plan and implement executive check-up of regular employees, generate medical reimbursement reports monthly, conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month, maintain clinic records and reports of the company, and replenish medical supplies.
The Junior Company Nurse is also responsible for handling and maintaining clinic equipment and supplies and performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
The Junior Company Nurse must strictly implement and enforce The New Normal management protocols including checking of temperature, making sure health checklist is being accomplished, social distancing, and wearing of face mask.
Required Experience
- More than 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience and knowledge in processing/completing DOLE requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Current and updated BOSH certificate
- Current and updated Red Cross First Aid Training certificate

- Strong knowledge in Occupational, Safety, and Health
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent people skills
- Computer literacy
