This role will form part of a team responsible for provision of data for regulatory purposes. Key tasks are: Supporting the tracking/processing of claims transactions for bureau and non-bureau Assisting claim handlers in analyzing claims loss and movement Providing ad hoc support to the Bordereaux Data Consultant or Claims Operations Manager where required Managing the processing of all relevant incoming claims and bordereaux Managing the collection process, escalating issues where necessary. Cleansing and standardising data using Excel Identifying key areas of data improvement in line with Lloyd's standards and being aware of changes to Lloyd's reporting standards and requirements Development, management and production of suitable bordereaux data and management information and other Binder reporting required by internal stakeholders. Ensuring that all process and training documentation is kept up to date. Skills: Excellent data wrangling skills in Excel including the use of formulae. Demonstrate a high level of problem solving and the ability to resolve issues. Strong analytical skills Ability to manage own workload, prioritising tasks appropriately and ensuring that SLAs are achieved. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people face to face and over the telephone. Experienced in working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products. Experience of working for organisations in the London Insurance Market Good understanding of London market systems and procedures.
