JUNIOR BUYER - PR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create
and Manage Purchase Orders
Validate
and Purchase Requisitions
Resolve
Administrative issues related to PO (1st level of escalation)
Support
Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for
Quotation
(RFP) in e-procurement tool
Support
in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
Monitor
supplier performance
Support
preparation of supplier's negotiations
Create
monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's
Qualifications
At least 3 years of solid experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER, or working in an
EXPEDITING or an ORDER PROCESSING function is required
Negotiation with suppliers is a requirement
Material
Planning experience is an added advantage
Relevant
experience in Shared Services would be ideal
Relevant
experience in BAAN or Maximo environment is an advantage
Must be
willing to work in afternoon shift (3PM - 12AM)
Must be willing to work in Cebu
