Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks, and phone.
Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects.
Help the Business Development Manager build and cultivate professional relationships by initiating communications and keeping in touch with potential clients.
Manage data for existing and new clients in the database.
Responsible for the Business Development Manager's communication with clients, during her absence.
Meet with potential customers to understand their businesses and needs in order to create proposals that meet their objectives.
Research competitor products and services to identify opportunities for products or services that are different from existing offerings in the market.
Coordinating sales calls, meetings, presentations, and other activities with other members of the team.
Conducting market research on products or services to identify opportunities for growth in specific markets.
Drafting correspondence such as letters, emails, and proposals to clients.
Reviewing contracts with clients to ensure compliance with company policies.
Directly contacting potential clients to introduce the business and arrange meetings with executives.
Developing new leads through networking and relationship-building with prospective clients.
Requirements
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Computer literacy (standard Office applications)
Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous
Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred)
Well-organized, attentive to details , and customer oriented.
