Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Junior Bookkeeper who can work with us full-time and on-site!

As a Junior Bookkeeper,
You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development, as you work alongside experienced professionals in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Assist in day-to-day financial activities, including but not limited to data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Support senior bookkeepers and accountants in preparing financial reports and statements.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial documentation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for easy retrieval and analysis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
Experience in Xero accounting software is a MASSIVE plus!
1-year accounts payable and accounts receivable commercial experience
Reconciliation skills
Experience using Microsoft products specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
