Duties and Responsibilities: Reconciliation of bank accounts including entering transactions into the software. Accounts Payable (AP) Enter supplier tax invoices in accounting software. Draft and prepare payments and .aba file for Senior to complete payments. Accounts Receivable (AR) Draft sales invoices in accounting software. Prepare reports for Senior Bookkeeper to complete collection of AR. Draft and prepare Payroll for Senior Bookkeeper review Prepare workpapers/pull and collate reports for IAS, BAS, Super, Payroll Tax & STP Finalisation.
