Job Duties
BIM Execution
Model compliance review and monitoring
Responsible for creating and maintaining the BIM models providing necessary onsite support and technical advisory services (BIM-related) to the operation team
Communicate and co-ordinate with different stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors and internal operation team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects and the usage of BIM models.
Provides technical support to the latest versions of Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Fuzor, Virtual Builder, Infraworks, Synchro 4D, ACC, BIM 360, Tekla, Revizto & TwinMotion
Collaborate innovation initiatives to support the tender presentations and promote execution strategies at corporate level
Job Requirements
Degree holder of Civil Engineering, preferably licensed but not required
Minimum 3 years engineering project experience with minimum 3 years hands on BIM Modelling experience;
A technical understanding of Civil & Structural and/or MEP discipline is preferred.
Hands-on BIM authoring experience (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, etc.)
Ability to generate construction Shop Drawings, CSD & ISD drawing from Revit BIM model preferable.
Perform clash analysis, construction simulation, exporting construction drawings, etc.
Advanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this on new projects.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems when working under pressure.
