THE JOB
As a Billing and Global Collections Specialist, you are on the front line working with our customers to resolve outstanding issues and concerns related to Billing, you will also be responsible for verifying customer payment information and working directly with customers to ensure prompt collection and resolution on any past due or aging invoices.
Note: Experience in the Web Hosting Field is a strong asset.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Front line Support resolving issues relating to customer billing matters via ticket and email
Process credit memos for approved adjustments such as late fees
Builds internal and external relationships through exceptional follow-through.
Communicates billing issues with leadership to ensure timely resolution.
Documents processes to be utilized by your direct peers and leaders.
Outreach to Customers with Past Due / Aging A/R invoices to maximize collection efforts
Vetting New and Existing customers via Email and outbound phone to confirm payment information or verify customers marked as fraud
Assist in Client Collections
Assist in customer account audits to ensure appropriate billing for services provided

MUST-HAVES
Minimum of 6 months experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts
The ability to recognize patterns and solve problems with attention to details
Great people skills and a desire to learn new things
Work well under pressure when dealing with customers
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to the customer service experience.
Past history in AR Collection, Billing preferred.
Must be self-motivated and possess a high standard of professional ethics
Must be amenable to work in Manila/NCR
