We're looking for a Junior Back-End Developer who's eager to learn, build, and grow with our team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, writing clean code, and supporting real-world applications, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving back-end systems and APIs
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Work with databases (design, queries, updates, and optimization)
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and support system improvements
Learn and apply best practices in security, performance, and scalability
Requirements
Basic knowledge of at least one back-end language (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, or similar)
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Understanding of REST APIs and basic server-side concepts
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with frameworks (Laravel, Django, Express, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Git/version control
Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment is a plus
