Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least two (2) years of working experience in financial, cost and general accounting
Preferably with experience in SAP ERP system
Excellent communication skills
Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage
Analytical and keen to details
Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in the conduct of special audit of transaction as may be required and instructed by the Board of Directors of the company.
Assists in the review of the Request for Payment (RFP) as an "Attestor" which may either be made payable through the revolving fund through the issuance of check.
Assists in the preparation of drafts and recommends the policies and guidelines that will be applicable to the operations within the Finance and Accounting Department and to the Affiliates that will further improve the control measures of the company.
Assists in the conduct of Inventory Audit of the following and prepares the audit report after the Physical Inventory count.
Outlets - Monthly
Cold storage - Semi-annually
Warehouse - Semi-annually
Stockroom - Semi-annually
Monitors the monthly ending inventory reports for raw materials, semi-finished goods, packaging materials, factory supplies and spare parts.
Assists in the review of the Financial Statements of the company for historical transactions.
Assists in the quarterly and annual financial and compliance audit of the company and in th internal audit transformation.
Assists in the annual audit of the financial statements of the company.
Assists in the conduct of the financial and operational audit of all the departments of the company, its affiliates and outside locations.
Assists in the conduct daily/weekly random cash count with Treasury Supervisor and Petty Cash Custodian to determine whether revolving funds are properly accounted for.
Assists in the asset tagging and submit report a week after the activity.

Recommends one process improvement every month.
