JUNIOR ARCHITECT
 
Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Job Type: Full-time
 
Job Description:
Assist senior architect in creating building designs and detailed drawings (manual and CAD).
Liaise with construction professionals regarding project feasibility.
Work closely with co-architects, operations managers, engineers, surveyors, and draftsmen.
Ensure compliance with standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Prepare reports, proposals, and detailed blueprints.
Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve issues during construction.
Conduct site visits to check project status.
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Licensed Architect (PRC)
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Willing to be re-assigned to other project sites (e.g., Bohol, Surigao, Manila) if necessary
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar software
Knowledgeable in construction details, products, rules, and quality standards
Strong design imagination, detailing, and documentation skills
Good communication and project management skills
Keen attention to visual detail
