Job Description:
Prepare layouts for approval of the Senior Architect
Prepares detailed drawings/specifications.
He/She oversees projects from beginning to end making sure that structures meet standards on design, image and construction.
Conducts site supervision, monitoring and coordination.
Perform other related duties assigned by
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Specialized Knowledge: Lay-out drawing, drafting & skecthing, autocad, sketch-up, 3D Max rendering, & architectural fit outs.
Good communication skills, excellent listening skills, with solid technical abilities.
An analytical mind with an excellent problem-solving skills.
With at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
