You are to perform a wide range of architectural work which include but not limited to:
Assist Senior Architect & Studio Head in preparing Schematic Design Concepts up to Construction Documents
Conducts site inspection to make sure that plans & specifications are properly implemented
Prepares Bill of Materials
Coordinates with construction materials suppliers and perform material purchasing.
Perform other related duties
