JUNIOR ANALYST - PURCHASE TO PAY
Responsibilities
Invoice Verification
• Perform basic steps in invoice verification
• Identify Error Codes
• Analyze and Resolve Price Differences
• Analyze and Resolve Quantity Differences
• Analyze and Resolve Missing Delivery Slip/PO
• Analyze and Resolve Double invoicing and Subsequent Debit
• Analyze and Resolve Incorrect Plant assignment
• Analyze and Resolve Material invoices for POs
• Communicate and coordinate with AP Team for issues encountered
• Update Excel Trackers, Log sheets when necessary
• Responsible for the delivery of certain assigned tasks.
Qualifications
• Degree in business administration or similar degree.
• Knowledge in the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes.
• Basic level and some experience in Excel (Knowledge, experience and application)
• Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio)
• Knowledge in web-based tools.
• Preferably with basic knowledge on accounting systems (SAP)
• Theoretical knowledge in customer orientation.
• Ability for team-work and communication skills with colleagues and supervisor.
• Communication skills for operational purposes (other SSC areas and the MPCs).
• Quality-minded professional and high self-demanding approach for daily work tasks fulfilment.
