JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices, bills, vouchers, checks, S.O.A and official receipt, substantiating business transactions.
Prepare, reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable statements.
Prepare and email monthly billing statements and all necessary documents.
And other assigned tasks from the Finance Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or equivalent (CPA or not)
With experience being an Accounting Staff/ Accounting Clerk is an advantage.
Hardworking, precise and can work with less supervision
Strong Analytical Skills
Team player
Computer Literate
With experience in payroll is an advantage
