The JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT that we are currently looking for is responsible for the following:
Preparing accounting - related reports (e.g. financial statements, payroll, bank reconciliation, inventory) and tax schedules, reports, and returns for the firm's clients
Preparing monthly entries to the books of accounts of the firm's clients
Liaising with the firm's clients in relation to the assigned engagement
Maintaining organized records of correspondence and documents on the engagement assigned by the Partners
Representing the firm in monthly meetings and visits to the client’s business premises, as needed
