Job summary:
Responsible in ensuring correctness of all submitted reports with corresponding attachments.
- Cost Accounting
- Supervisory responsibility
- Accounting records
- Other tasks
Job responsibilities:
· Compute, encode Labor tickets & Anthro Third Party Commission (TPC)
· Prepares countering for Emcor outlets
· Checks the following documents:
o Emcor Subsidy per AE request
o AR Collection Report
o Randomly checks Transfer Tickets and Transmittal Slip
o Promo Incentives
o Accounts Executive/Coordinator's commission
· Monitors concession contracts, and return slips
· Conducts the following:
o Platinum orientation to new Accounts Executives/Corrdinators
o Background investigation to New Customers
· Summarize the following monthly reports:
o Labor Cost Summary
o Material Usage Summary
o Powder Coating Summary
o Normalize Manufacturing Cost Summary
· Ensures confidentiality of all accounting matters
· Filing of documents
· Other accounting tasks that may be assigned to
Job qualifications:
· Graduate of BS in Accountancy/Accounting, Finance or relevant field
· With proven experience as a junior accountant, preferably in a manufacturing company.
· Excellent organizing abilities
· Good with numbers, figures and analytical acumen
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
· Excellent knowledge of MIS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (SAP)
· Good communication skills and attention to detail
· Trustworthy
· Team player
· Ability to work independently
· Willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City
