Maintaining subsidiary ledgers of accountants assigned
Maintaining schedules and reports required for External and Internal audits
Maintain Asset Ledger and lapsing schedule
Ensure that the company assets are properly accounted for and tagged appropriately
Coordinate with Admin Department in setting up accountability processes and ensure proper implementation of the same
Assist in computing accurately and ensuring timely release commissions
Assists in SAP migration of seller related transaction/records
Other tasks that may be assigned
CPA Licensure and Experience in Real Estate industry is a plus.
