Job Description
Bohol Offshoring Solutions is currently looking for a Junior Accountant to work with one of our Australian clients and to be one of the staff of The Philippine offshore accounts admin team.
Month-end financial accounting procedures
Year-end financial accounting procedures
Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements (BAS/IAS)
Completion of bookkeeping requirements for client's needs
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Coding of transactions
Entering supplier invoices and reconciling to bank payments
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Inventory management
Fixed asset management
Job Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Accounting degree qualification, CPA preferred
Three years or more of general accounting experience (Australian accounting experience preferred)
Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, Workflow Max, etc)
Proven ability to work unsupervised
Team player
Willing to learn and expand their knowledge, motivated by continuous improvement
Willing to work in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Australian Accounting and Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
BPO: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Certified Public Accountant (Preferably) (Preferred)
