Job Responsibilities:
Performs duties and responsibilities pertaining to accounts payables for assigned entities
Checks the accuracy of payable amount and completeness of supporting documents being charged to the respective entity such as receipts, invoices and statement and statement of account
Prepares daily list of payables for checking and sends accordingly for verification
Finalizes payables lists for approval prior to processing of payments
Prepares accounts payables vouchers of all approved payables and reimbursements
Ensures that suppliers and independent contractors are paid on time
Keeps track and monitors all accounts payables vouchers forwarded for payment
Makes follow-up to suppliers when supporting documents are not forwarded to accounts payables section on time
Submits overdue payable report per occurrence
Processes weekly and monthly salary of independent contractors
Submits weekly and monthly reports as assigned
Job Qualification:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Accountancy/Management Accounting
Preferably has at least 1 year experience in General/Accounts Payable or equivalent
Required computer skills: Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word
Required language: English
Must be very keen to details and highly organized
Applicants must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City
Has above average verbal and non-verbal communication
