Job description:
Must be a graduate of any accounting course
Perform duties and responsibilities pertaining to accounts payables for assigned entities
Check the accuracy of payable amount and completeness of supporting documents being charged to the respective entity such as: receipts, invoices, billing statement and statement of account
Prepare daily list of payables for checking and send accordingly for verification
Finalize payable lists for approval prior to processing of payments,
Prepare accounts payables vouchers of all approved payables and reimbursements
Ensure that suppliers and independent contractors are paid on time
Keep track and monitor all accounts payables vouchers forwarded for payment
Follow-up suppliers when supporting documents are not forwarded to accounts payables section on time
Submit overdue payable report per occurrence
Process weekly and monthly salary of independent contractors
Submit weekly and monthly reports as assigned
Perform duties and responsibilities pertaining to accounts payables
Experience:
Jr. Accountant: 2 years (Preferred)
