Job Summary: Responsible for all financial requirements which include analysis of all accounting documents, complete, correct, and accurate recording of all transactions, reports, and schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist Senior Accountant for the reconciliation of all consignment accounts including Shopee, Lazada, Mercury, SM Supermarket, Robinsons Supermarket & Watsons.
2. Prepare & Submit monthly sales and accounts receivables reports based on the issued sales invoices to the Senior Accountant & Sales Manager
3. Monitor all issued Sales Invoices for Accounting Files
4. Monitor Issued Sales invoice to Mercury if it is ready for Sold Out (60 days after it is issued) and inform Sales Manager for Invoices that are ready for sold out
5. Monitor consigned products in SM Supermarket, make monthly report on inventory & discrepancy of stocks. Issue sales report based on the portal for countering to be submitted on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager
6. Submit Reconciliation/ Itemize balance sheet of all consignment accounts to Sales Manager on a monthly basis
7. Open Shopee portal and print all orders, make invoice & do an excel monitoring of daily sales. Monthly Sales Report and Payment Report to be submitted to Sales Manager.
8. Open Lazada portal and print all orders, make invoice & do an excel monitoring of daily sales. Monthly Sales Report and Payment Report to be submitted to Sales Manager.
9. Collect all DM attachments from Watsons.
10. Monitor PI VS Delivery of AGHG
11. Assist Ms. Maricel in encoding sales, deliveraies
12. Collection of BIR Form 2307 issued by clients & suppliers.
13. Maintain & Update Manual Books of Account.
14. Coordinate with different government agencies for the submission of documents, remittance and posting of loans & contributions
15. Field work as needed (countering, collection & submission of documents)
16. Ensure sound working relationship with distributors, company personnel, suppliers, vendors, consultants & agencies.
17. Protect company propriety information. Ensure that no confidential data is released to unauthorized personnel.
18. Performs tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
